Responsibilities:

1. Lead a motivated team with a "yes we can" attitude.
2. Schedule and create effective work plans, ensuring tasks are delegated appropriately.
3. Maintain consistent attendance and focus on client satisfaction by delivering quality products on schedule.
4. Oversee the manufacturing of custom commercial millwork, ensuring high standards are met.
5. Operate and supervise the use of all woodworking equipment and tools.
6. Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
7. Identify and remove obstacles for team members to maintain productivity.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of professional millwork experience.
2. Proven experience leading a manufacturing team.
3. Expertise in custom commercial millwork production.
4. Strong organizational and delegation skills.
5. Proficiency with woodworking tools and equipment.
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
7. Problem-solving skills to address production challenges.
