Job summary

Comairco Equipment Ltd. is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk at our Laval branch to handle inbound and outbound shipments, verify order accuracy, and maintain an organized warehouse. The role requires experience in shipping/receiving, ERP and Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar shipping/receiving role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle all daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ship/receive, package and unload goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Verify accuracy of received orders.
• Load and unload parts and equipment safely.
• Enter received items into the inventory system and complete documents.
• Prepare parts for work orders and customer orders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in stock and service trucks.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Invoice work orders.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all daily inbound and outbound shipments;
• Responsible for shipping and receiving, packaging and unloading;
• Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse;
• Verify the accuracy of all received orders;
• Safely load and unload parts and equipment from trucks;
• Receive parts and equipment into the inventory system and complete the required documentation;
• Prepare parts for work orders and customer orders;
• Ensure the accuracy of parts in inventory and in service trucks;
• Perform cycle counts as required;
• Invoice work orders;
• Perform any other required duties.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Functional spoken English;
• Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and an ERP system;
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
