Qualifications

• Preferably specialized in Logistics / Supply Chain.
• Working experience in shipping, supply chain, or logistics preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese for interactions with Taiwan HQ.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ enquiries and feedback.
• Follow up and advise customers on shipment status.
• Handle import & export shipping documentation and process.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal divisions and customers.
