Schedules pickups and delivery handoffs within defined turnaround times; notifies designated contacts of variances. Records discrepancies, damages, or missing information and reports issues promptly with clear context. Applies privacy, security, safety, and quality protocols in all handling and storage activities; documents compliance as required. Updates personal job aids and completes required training; suggests small improvements to checklists and templates for supervisor approval. Collaborates with teammates to confirm requirements, due dates, and handoffs; routes out-of-scope inquiries to designated contacts.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in pharmacy support, shipping/logistics, warehousing, or a related field required. Certification in pharmacy technician practice or logistics and warehouse operations, or equivalent preferred.
