Job description
The Duties
  • Coordinate logistics process including order dispatch, shipping, and delivery
  • Arrange scheduling and activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve issues to ensure delivery on time
  • Process and manage all customs documents including customs clearance and payment
  • Communicate with customers and report on shipping status and potential service issues
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate shipping documents
  • Prepare reports and elevate serious issues to management
The Essentials
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Completion of college in relevant program or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in domestic and international shipping and coordination
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of customs regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong and proactive problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
