Job summary

This position does not involve customer interactions and is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and process waybills accurately
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and organize shipping documents
  • Work with couriers and coordinate pick-ups
  • Assist with inventory tracking and asset management
  • Use Outlook for internal communication and scheduling
  • Support basic administrative tasks as needed
  • Opportunity to learn and assist with accounts payable if interested (path to full-time)
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook— Corrected spacing
  • Experience working with couriers, inventory, and asset tracking is an asset
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a small office environment
