Job summary

Printer's Parts & Equipment is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping and logistics at our Ontario facility. The role involves coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents, packing/unpacking goods, and organizing storage areas.

You will work with inventory systems and MS Office tools to maintain accurate records. The position requires 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse setting, English proficiency, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 years to less than 3 years experience.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• Proficiency with database and inventory software; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Determine method of shipment.
• Schedule distribution of goods.
• Schedule transportation conveyances.
• Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents.
• Assemble containers and crates.
• Maintain internal record-keeping system.
• Record shortages and reject damaged goods.
• Route goods to appropriate storage areas.
• Pack goods to be shipped.
• Unpack goods received.
