Job summary

A national franchise company in New Brunswick is seeking team members for window and gutter cleaning services. You will work mainly outdoors, meet customers, and drive to various locations using a company vehicle. The role offers starting pay between $15 and $20 per hour with additional commission opportunities. Reliable transportation and the ability to lift a ladder are necessary. • Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
