Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Canada to assist the store manager in daily operations and lead the shift team. You will deploy partners, delegate tasks, and uphold the Starbucks Experience by providing legendary customer service with prompt service and high-quality beverages.

As a shift leader, you will train partners, provide constructive coaching, and ensure a clean, welcoming Third Place environment. Fluency in French and strong teamwork skills are required.

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. As a team lead, you will deploy partners and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
