• MUST HAVE: Experience leading, supervising and directing unionized employees.
• General knowledge of all warehouse machine and equipment operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities at once.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive labour relations.
• Manage employee performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure all outbound and inbound trucks are loaded/unloaded efficiently.

Skills
