Job summary

This role entails monitoring plant operations, managing work schedules, leading incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with workplace standards. What you’ll do:
  • Monitor daily plant checklists, generate action items as required, and follow-up with key stakeholders as necessary.
  • Plan and manage work schedules ensuring adequate coverage during employee vacations, absences, and training.
  • Lead incident investigations by gathering and documenting evidence, determining root cause, and developing solutions.
  • Develop, manage and execute logistic and production schedules.
  • Edit and update workplace instructions in coordination with quality and EHS.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and manage documentation surrounding that process.
What you’ll need:
  • Completion of two (2) years post-secondary education.
  • Chemical process industry experiences an asset.
  • Strong computer and mathematical skills.
  • Must have the ability to read and understand technical materials.
  • Forklift operation experiences an asset.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
