Job summary

Duties

• Supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and policies
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee customer service interactions to ensure a positive experience and resolve escalated issues promptly
• Manage cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and cashiering activities accurately
• Assist with recruiting efforts by participating in training and onboarding new staff members
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining budget controls
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as stock count, cash count
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a secure store environment

Requirements

• Proven supervising or team management experience within retail or customer service environments
• Strong espresso bar skills and cafe operation management
• Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures
