Qualifications

• 1 year or more of production experience in a food processing industry.
• 1 year or more of related supervisory experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
• Flexibility to cover overtime shifts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize equipment, supplies, and personnel to maximize productivity.
• Identify productivity improvements.
• Document and maintain accurate records related to employee performance.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task and problem solve

Interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict
