Shift Time : Days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 1pm-5 pm

We are looking for a Shift Nurse (RN or RPN) who is comfortable providing care to our clients. Our next Shift Nurse will thrive in a culture made for caring where being flexible and possessing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills will drive the success of their role.

What you will be doing
- Provide compassionate care tailored to client needs, with expertise in managing Tracheostomy, G-tube management, ventilator and monitoring vital signs.
- Experience working with pediatric clients.
- Experience in Seizure Management.
- Administer medications and assist with personal care routines.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with parents and other caregivers.
- Maintain a strong commitment to community-based care.
- Prepare and maintain client reports and updates.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients through empathy, consistency, and trust.
- Demonstrate initiative and independence, thriving with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while being reliable and self-directed.
- Approach challenges with a problem‑solving mindset, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Prioritize safety for both yourself and your clients, adhering to best practices and protocols.

- Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a community care or clinical/hospital setting is preferred.
- Currently certified as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Certified in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C).
- Able to provide a current Mask Fit test certification.
