Title : ShiftNurse RPN / RN

Location(s) : Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Surrounding areas

Shift Time : Days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 1pm-5 pm

What you will be doing
  • Provide compassionate care tailored to client needs, with expertise in managing Tracheostomy, G-tube management, ventilator and monitoring vital signs.
  • Experience working with pediatric clients.
  • Experience in Seizure Management.
  • Administer medications and assist with personal care routines.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with parents and other caregivers.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to community-based care.
  • Prepare and maintain client reports and updates.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients through empathy, consistency, and trust.
  • Demonstrate initiative and independence, thriving with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while being reliable and self-directed.
  • Approach challenges with a problem‑solving mindset, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Prioritize safety for both yourself and your clients, adhering to best practices and protocols.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a community care or clinical/hospital setting is preferred.
  • Currently certified as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Certified in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C).
  • Able to provide a current Mask Fit test certification.
