  • An environment where you can bring your authentic self to work, welcoming team members and guests of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures

  • Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance

The Role

As a Shift Manager, you play a critical leadership role in delivering an outstanding guest experience while supporting and developing your team. • Remains calm under pressure and approaches challenges with confidence and strong problem-solving skills

  • Communicates clearly, respectfully, and positively with both team members and guests
