  4. Demonstrate passion for the guest experience. Show your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of restaurant experience, with 1 year in a leadership-focused role.
  • A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging environment for team members and guests.
  • Willingness to learn and openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Legal ability to work in Canada.
