Wendy's is seeking outgoing and energetic Shift Managers to join our fast-paced team in Canada. This entry-level supervisory role is a stepping stone to a restaurant management career, requiring confidence in decision-making and experience in fast food or restaurant work.

You will lead a team during each shift, help train team members, and collaborate with management to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining food safety standards.

The ideal Shift Manager is a confident decision-maker who is ready to learn. He or she has experience in fast food and/or restaurant work and is an excellent communicator—both in written form and verbally.
