Eclipse Stores Inc. is a growing women’s clothing retailer with 80+ stores across Canada. We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Shift Manager to join our team in Mic Mac Mall.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager, based in Dartmouth, NS. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that staff adhere to company policies while maintaining service quality. The role involves employee scheduling, managing workflow on the floor, monitoring inventory, addressing operational challenges, and maintaining consistent communication with the management team. The Shift Manager will also provide support and direction to team members to ensure a positive and efficient workplace.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and team management skills, including employee scheduling and conflict resolution
  • Operational and organizational skills for inventory management and workflow coordination
  • Customer service skills, including problem-solving and maintaining high service standards
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with staff and management
