Qualifications

• ProServe certification is mandatory.
• At least some experience in the food service industry is necessary.
• Strong communication skills for managing team and customer interactions.

Shift Leader

Shift leaders ensure a smooth running of restaurant service in assistance to the GM and AGM. This includes, but is not limited to, liaising with FOH & BOH teams, handling customer concerns & complaints, setting up the restaurant for a successful service by managing all FOH team members
