Job summary

You will model Starbucks guiding principles and contribute to a positive, high-performing store culture while maintaining attendance and store standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.

• Provide coaching and feedback to partners.
