Position Overview

The Shelter Supervisor provides leadership, oversight, and coordination of day-to-day operations at the Women’s Shelter and Transition Home, serving women and children experiencing domestic or family violence. The Supervisor ensures that all residents receive safe, trauma-informed, and culturally appropriate support, while maintaining compliance with agency policies, funder requirements, and Ontario health and safety legislation.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment.
