Summary
As a SharePoint Design & Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the discovery, design, and rollout of modern SharePoint solutions that directly support business outcomes. You’ll combine technical expertise with strong change management practices to ensure solutions are not only delivered but successfully adopted and sustained. By creating measurable, documented, and repeatable processes, you will enable teams to unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 technologies.
What you’ll do
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver modern SharePoint experiences—including intranets, hubs, site information architecture, permissions, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks—while leveraging out-of-the-box Microsoft 365 capabilities.
- Lead organizational change management (OCM) efforts to drive adoption, including stakeholder and impact analysis, communication planning, end-user training, and building champions networks with reinforcement strategies that promote long-term usage.
- Develop enablement and knowledge-transfer assets such as SOPs, templates, training guides, and playbooks, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to orchestrate efficient delivery, balancing technical design with user-centric adoption strategies.
- Establish and track success metrics, providing reporting and insights that demonstrate value, measure adoption, and inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations navigate the intersection of technology and people to achieve measurable business transformation.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online design, implementation, and technology enablement, with a strong background in organizational change management.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform.
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into accessible, actionable steps for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and lead change initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with industry-recognized adoption frameworks; Prosci / ADKAR certification or equivalent OCM experience strongly preferred.
- A mindset of continuous improvement and the ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution.
