Job description

The selected SharePoint Analyst will support the migration effort and ongoing administration working within the Content and Collaboration Services (CCS) team. The role focuses on technical support SharePoint operations business analysis and user enablement.

Tasks
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SharePoint 2016 On-Premise and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environments.
  • Perform business analysis and solution design using SharePoint out-of-the-box features and third-party tools (e.g. Nintex).
  • Support SharePoint Online migration planning testing and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint workflows forms user access and performance.
  • Use tools such as ShareGate for migration tasks monitoring and content validation.
  • Document user acceptance testing (UAT) materials and coordinate UAT efforts.
  • Apply routine updates and patches and support disaster recovery testing.
  • Leverage PowerShell for administrative tasks across site collections and features.
  • Use Central Administration and the M365 SharePoint Admin Portal to manage environments.
  • Guide business users on SharePoint use for Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and integration opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation and end-user training guides.
