Canada Goose is seeking a Sewing Production Floater to cover absences across multiple sewing categories in Toronto. The role involves working as a piecework operator, scanning operations, and cross-training on styles as needed to support the production team.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, understand apparel manufacturing techniques, and demonstrate leadership and teamwork. Overtime and float/change of operations are required as part of the duties, with a competitive hourly wage.

• Excellent communication with a diverse group of operators.
• Familiar with apparel manufacturing techniques and concepts.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Fill absenteeism on plant sewing operations for active styles and new samples.
• Operate as a piecework operator and scan completed operations under correct job numbers.
• Learn operations on any style to cross-train and expand skills.
• Assist in production of PPS and Salesman samples.
• Complete tasks assigned by the production supervisor.
