Job summary

Agilus Work Solutions is recruiting a Sewer and Water Foreman for municipal projects across Southern Ontario. You will lead field crews, promote safety, plan activities, and ensure quality on sewer, water, and road construction sites within about an hour of Brantford.

Successful candidates will have at least 5 years in heavy civil construction with sewer and water reconstruction experience and hold a valid Ontario driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in heavy civil construction.
• Sewer and water reconstruction experience.
• Foreman or site supervision leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of municipal water, sewer, and road construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Effective planning, scheduling, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture on all project sites.
• Plan and oversee daily construction activities and project execution.
• Supervise, direct, and support field crews to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate schedules with trades, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Track project costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate updates to management.
