Job summary

Agilus Work Solutions seeks an Experienced Sewer & Water Reconstruction Foreman to lead municipal sewer, water, road, and site servicing projects across Southern Ontario. This hands-on role requires a Foreman with sewer and water reconstruction expertise to drive safety, productivity, quality, and project success while managing field crews within about an hour of Brantford.

Compensation includes $46-$52/hr + company truck, fuel card, and pension, plus health benefits and vacation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in heavy civil construction and/or municipal sewer/water projects.
• Proven experience leading foremen or site supervision teams.
• Strong knowledge of sewer, water, road construction and site servicing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated planning, scheduling, and time management skills.
• Commitment to safety culture and field safety practices.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture on all project sites.
• Plan and oversee daily construction activities and project execution.
• Supervise, direct, and support field crews to hit project goals.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain quality control standards.
• Coordinate schedules with trades, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Track project costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Manage the safe operation and maintenance of site equipment and tools.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate updates to management.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Sewer and Water Foreman in the Heavy Civil Construction / Infrastructure Construction in . Join a growing heavy civil construction team as a Foreman/Site Supervisor leading municipal sewer, water, road, and site servicing projects across Southern Ontario. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for an experienced Foreman with sewer and water reconstruction expertise who can drive safety, productivity, quality, and project success while managing field crews on projects located within approximately one hour of Brantford.

Compensation

Total rewards: $46.00 - $52.00 hourly

Successful candidates will have

• Apply effective planning, scheduling, and time management skills
• Hold a valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Commit to working in a physically demanding field environment and extended workdays when required
