The University of Toronto is seeking a Sessional Lecturer for a course exploring the implications of the shift from print to digital sources. The successful candidate will handle course preparation, provide lectures, and evaluate student progress. Candidates with a Master's degree in History or related field and teaching experience at the university level are encouraged to apply.

Salary:
Sessional Lecturer I: $9,457.88
Sessional Lecturer I, Long Term: $9,930.79
Sessional Lecturer II: $10,121.75
Sessional Lecturer II, Long Term: $10,326.61
Sessional Lecturer III: $10,362.76
Sessional Lecturer III: Long Term: $10,570.01

Minimum Qualifications: Master of Arts in History or related field required. Mastery of the subject area as related to the course description above required. Teaching experience at the university level required.
Preferred qualifications: PhD in History preferred. Demonstrated evidence of superior undergraduate teaching preferred. Previous experience teaching a similar course is highly desirable.
Description of duties: Course preparation, lecturing, and marking. There will be 24 hours of lectures in this course and one office hour per teaching week.
