The College of Education and the Gwenna Moss Centre for Teaching and Learning invite applications for an Out-of-Scope Sessional Lecturer to teach the following community-based courses during the 2025-2026 Regular Session.

  • Course Number, Section, and Name: EDLC 102.0 (E54) Education Learning Community in Our City
  • Term and Course Dates: Term 2 (January 1 to April 30, 2026)
  • CRN: 32635
  • Delivery Mode: This course will be offered as a Lecture (Live in-person on Moosomin First Nation).
  • Course Schedule: Actual days/times; alternating Fridays 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Expected Enrollment Limit: 35
  • Location: Moosomin First Nation (approx. 2hrs NW of Saskatoon, SK)

Qualifications: Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Education or related discipline and/or possession of relevant teaching or professional experience. Applicants must possess knowledge and understanding of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit culture as well as the socio-economic and pedagogical factors associated with teaching this body of students.

A valid driver’s license is required for any off-campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
