Cask is currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant (TC) to join our growing company. As a Cask Consultant, you will work with analysts, architects, and other engineers, leveraging technical best practices to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in enhancing workflows, streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and driving digital transformation.

What you'll be doing:

1. Implement and configure ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HR, and CSM.
2. Design and develop ServiceNow tables, fields, forms, and access controls.
3. Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
4. Use JavaScript to develop solutions beyond configuration capabilities.
5. Create Scoped Applications using Studio.
6. Automate activities leveraging Flow Designer and Workflow Engine.
7. Build data sets and transform maps for data import.
8. Configure integrations with other systems via Integration Hub or similar tools.
9. Document technical work for knowledge transfer.

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or similar role.
• Scripting/coding experience, preferably in JavaScript.
• Active ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design and build applications aligned with business goals.
• Self-motivated with adaptability to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening skills and conflict management capabilities.
