Job summary

TD in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage core applications and ITSM modules. You will configure access controls, build business rules, and develop dashboards while ensuring data quality and system security.

Ideal candidates have CSA certification, 5+ years of ServiceNow administration, and ITIL Foundations knowledge. The role requires strong communication, planning skills, and collaboration with stakeholders across TD's ITSM roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement: ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) designation.
  • More than 5 years of ServiceNow System Administration experience.
  • High SME technical knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform and its core applications.
  • Manager users, groups, roles, permissions and access controls.
  • Configure and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests and Catalog Items.
  • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI actions and Notifications.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Support services and applications hosted by the platform, including data quality and configuration management processes.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, configuration problems and performance issues.
  • Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP API's, MID Servers and integration Hub.
  • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, testing, releases and deployments .
  • Maintain platform security and ensure appropriate access controls.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and platform optimization.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to ServiceNow users and Service Owners.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements from external stakeholders, while working with the team to implement ServiceNow.
  • Ensure a full understanding of business requirements and apply knowledge to elevate/prioritize delivery of new and existing projects
  • Ensure that new capabilities required by the business are in line with ITSM roadmap and strategy
