As we scale our digital capability, we’re looking for a high‑impact ServiceNow Specialistwho’s passionate about building robust, scalable, and future‑ready solutions.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a technically demanding environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to help shape how a global organisation leverages the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development & Configuration

  • Architect, design and build high‑quality ServiceNow solutions — including custom applications, workflows, UI policies, scripts and automation.
  • Configure and optimise core modules: ITSM, SPM, HAM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, Employee Centre and Knowledge Management.
  • Champion platform best practice, performance, security, and maintainability.

Integration & Automation

  • Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers and Integration Hub.
  • Automate and streamline workflows to remove manual effort and drive operational efficiency.

Technical Problem Solving

  • Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Provide technical leadership to other developers and users across the business.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

  • Conduct unit testing and support UAT to ensure reliable, production‑ready outcomes.
  • Produce clear and thorough technical documentation.
  • Stay ahead of platform releases, new capabilities and emerging ServiceNow trends.
  • Proactively identify improvements that lift platform performance, user experience and adoption.
Qualifications and Experience

Technical Expertise

  • Extensive hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Experience with Now Assist & Platform/Performance Analytics is highly advantageous.

Integration Skills

  • Strong capability integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with authentication and security protocols (OAuth, SAML) and data formats (JSON, XML).

Analytical & Problem‑Solving

  • Ability to break down complex technical challenges and deliver clean, effective solutions.
  • Self‑driven, with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables.
  • Comfortable working in agile teams alongside analysts, testers and technical peers.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Additional certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, HAM, Now Assist, etc.) highly regarded
