We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Platform team. This person will own the day-to-day configuration, development, and support of our ServiceNow instance, working across ITSM & HRSD while helping extend the platform through custom development and third-party integrations. This is a highly technical, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and continuously improving a mission-critical enterprise platform. You'll work across our development, staging, and production instances, partner closely with IT and business stakeholders, and help drive our upgrade and enhancement roadmap forward.

At Lightspeed, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skill set, qualifications, experience, and market data. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We reasonably expect the total compensation for this position to be in the range of $85,000-$105,000 CAD. Lightspeed also provides a variety of employee benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, wellness, life and disability insurance, RRSP plan and match, paid parental leave top‑up, and paid time off.
Please note that this compensation information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within Ontario and reflects the amount Lightspeed is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
