With 5+ years of Business Analyst experience and 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, you will drive improvements in IT service management. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers to design and implement solutions.
• Create process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and test scenarios.
