Steele Chevrolet Saint Johnis seeking a Service Videographer to join our team!

As a Service Videographerat Steele Chevrolet Saint John, this dynamic role supports both the service and parts departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include documenting vehicle repairs through video to keep customers informed and engaged, while also assisting with the efficient operation of the parts department through direct communication with customers, suppliers, and technicians.

Hourly Wage Range: $17.50-19.75 Plus Bonus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Capture precise, high-quality video documentation of vehicle repairs.
  • Clearly and professionally explain the technician’s diagnosis and repair recommendations on video.
  • Upload and send videos to clients promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Provide support across the service department as need

Requirements:

  • Confidence in explaining service processes on camera (voice only).
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all video documentation.
  • Punctuality and reliability—we need someone we can count on!
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
