Job summary

Fountain Tire Thunder Bay is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician to operate a TireService Truck and service commercial, farm or industrial tires. You will inspect, install, balance, rotate and repair tires while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.
• Team player willing to tackle any tire or task.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds if required.
• Experience with Farm, OTR, or Commercial tires preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a TireService Truck and service commercial, farm or industrial tires and wheels.
• Inspect, install, balance, rotate and/or repair tires and wheels on trucks and other equipment.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to amazing customers.
• Maintain safety for yourself and coworkers at all times.
• Take pride in the work performed to keep customers safe on the road, site or field.

Whatkind of person are we looking for?

• Applicants with Farm, OTR, or Commercial tire experience preferred, but not required
• A team player willing to take on any tire or any task

• This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc. and we need someone who willbe up for the challenge
• We need someone who can be on call after hours
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds if required
