Job summary

Fountain Tire Calgary (Blackfoot) is seeking an experienced Commercial Tire Technician to operate a Tire Service Truck and service commercial, farm and OTR tires.

You will inspect, install, balance, rotate and repair tires, provide friendly customer service, and contribute to a safe work environment. A valid driver's license is required; must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and be on-call after hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of farm, OTR or commercial tire experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and provide a satisfactory abstract.
• Able to work in varied conditions and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willing to be on call after hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, balance, rotate and/or repair truck, farm or industrial tires and wheels.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Operate a Tire Service Truck and keep yourself and coworkers safe.
• Work with diverse vehicle types and sites on road, site or field.

Whatkind of person are we looking for?

• We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of Farm, OTR, or Commercial tire experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver's Abstract
• This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc. and we need someone who willbe up for the challenge
• We need someone who can be on call after hours
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds if required
