The Government of Alberta is seeking a Service Transformation Consultant (STC) to support the digital transformation of public services. The role will focus on leading strategic service design and delivery initiatives including a major transformation within the Ministry of Education and Child Care (ECC).
This position involves working closely with senior executives and cross‑functional teams to modernize service delivery using agile methods, human‑centred design and digital best practices.
Location: Primarily Remote (Occasional travel within Alberta may be required)
Duration: 1‑year contract with possible extension up to 24 months
Hours: Full‑time (7.25 hours / day)
Sector: Government of Alberta Digital Design and Delivery Division (DDD)
