Service Technician - Milwaukee Tool

Temporarily within Techtronic Industries Inc., located at 3A Burbidge St #106, Coquitlam, BC V3K 7B2, this full‑time permanent role is based in a Factory Service Center where you will repair portable power tools for the Milwaukee brand.

Job Description

Working inside a Factory Service Center, this position is responsible for repairing different types of portable power tools within the Milwaukee brand. The position requires an individual to be able to follow a standardized repair process which would include diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying a solution and repairing the product.

Set in a team environment, the position is fast paced and challenging where a successful candidate would need to possess strong time management skills, complete tasks correctly in a timely manner and work efficiently to produce results. On‑job training is provided on more specialized products along with competitive wage and incentives tied to performance.

  • Deliver best‑in‑class service to our customers
  • Log in tools, assess, and repair tools
  • Follow standardized repair process
  • Prioritize in‑branch repairs
  • Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements
  • Meet productivity targets
  • Provide support to different departments and roles
  • Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge
