Job summary

1Click Energy Solutions is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our Ottawa team. This hands‑on residential role emphasizes diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, heat pumps, furnaces, and modern home HVAC technology.

You will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers’ homes, explain options, and ensure safe, reliable operation while upholding professional standards. Eligible for a signing bonus up to CAD 5,000; benefits and company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• G2 Gas Technician certification required.
• Residential HVAC service experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in residential customer homes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems

What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems. You'll be the face of 1Click in the customer's home, so professionalism and customer service are just as important as technical ability.

Preferred / Asset:

• 313D Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic
• Residential heat pump service experience
• Experience with inverter‑driven and modern HVAC equipment
