Overview

Title: Heavy Duty Vehicle Mechanic

Work Location: Kenworth Mirabel (18160 Rue J A Bombardier, Mirabel, QC J7J 0H5, Canada)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, evening shift, 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM

Salary: $32.27 - $39.33 per hour, depending on experience, + evening shift premium of $1.60/hour

  • Perform repairs on all vehicle components
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components on trucks and trailers
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrication, and tune-ups
Qualifications
  • Vocational diploma in heavy vehicle mechanics or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in heavy vehicles
  • French and English
  • English proficiency level: basic reading and writing
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license (class 1 is an asset)
  • Own a toolbox and hold a card from the joint committee
