Job summary

Comairco in London, ON is seeking a Service Technician – Compressed Air to maintain and repair industrial equipment at customer sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose root causes of unplanned shutdowns, and provide excellent customer service to promote loyalty.

Travel to out-of-town sites may be required; a valid driver’s license and knowledge of air compressors are preferred. Comairco offers day-one training, protective equipment, and company-provided cell phone and laptop.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical controls is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative maintenance service for customers’ equipment.
• Investigate root causes of unplanned shutdowns and perform repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service to promote loyalty.
• Share information with the administration to improve operations.
• Maximize work schedule and profitability of assigned tasks.

Responsabilities

• Provide preventative maintenance service for our customers’ equipment;
• Investigate the root causes of unplanned shutdowns and make the appropriate repair;
• Provide excellent customer service promoting customer loyalty;
• Participate in the effective sharing of information with the administration;
• Maximize the work schedule and the profitability of the assigned tasks.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF

• You have 1 to 3 years experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment;
• You are open to travel and willing to take on out-of-town work as required;
• You have a good knowledge of mechanical and electrical controls;
• You have a valid driver’s license and good driving record;
• You have knowledge of air compressors (an asset).
