Alpine, a division of the Sani Marc Group, specializes in manufacturing and distributing a complete range of cleaning solutions — including cleaning chemicals, dishwasher and glassware rentals, and equipment maintenance services.

We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing a structured Preventative Maintenance schedule with our existing customers.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused. You’ll take pride in maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring their equipment operates at peak performance.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Territory Manager’s team, the Service Technician provides expertise in the following challenges:

• Execute Preventative Maintenance Plan;
• Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation programs are in place for each customer;
• Rotational Emergency On Call;
• Drive new sales in existing accounts;
• Filling out accurate Electronic Service Reports;
• Customer training on new products and equipment;
• Perform installations of new/replacement dishwashers and other systems; adjust to particular operating parameters.
• On call requirement 1 in 3 weekends

Requirements:

To perform you must:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract;
• High degree of mechanical aptitude;
• Ability to use hand tools;
• Some sales experience;
• Electronic technology experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, apps);
• Ability to work rotational on-call weekends.
