Service Technician - PDI/Set-Up

Are you mechanically inclined with a passion for technology in agriculture? Join our energetic company as a PDI/Set-Up Service Technician. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in preparing equipment for delivery to our customers by performing Pre-Delivery Inspections, assembling various equipment types, and assisting in repairs of agricultural and turf equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections on a range of equipment to prepare it for delivery.
  • Assemble various types of equipment offered by the dealership for sale.
  • Assist in repairs and perform basic service tasks as required.
  • Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment necessary for the set-up and delivery process.
  • Utilize a forklift to transport parts, equipment, and supplies for the service department.
  • Participate in training programs to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Possess mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment involved in pre-delivery and set-up processes.
  • Proficiency in assembling machinery components according to manufacturer specifications.
