Overview

Service Team Lead: Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for orchestrating service excellence? In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in maintaining and growing our Service Department, all while delivering exceptional customer service that sets the industry standard.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Service Technician duties, including complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, both in the shop and in the field.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to schedule, assign, and prioritize work within the service department.
  • Assist the Service Manager in booking customer repairs and maintain a balanced work schedule that includes customer, internal, and warranty repairs.
  • Field customer inquiries on technical matters related to all products, supporting the Service Manager's primary duty.
  • Ensure repair work in the Service Department meets or exceeds industry standards for quality and control.
  • Share duties with the Service Writer when stepping in for the Service Manager and/or Shop Foreman in their absence.
Requirements
  • Possess a Journeyperson certification and boast 5+ years of experience in performing complex service repairs and maintenance.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills that shine in your daily work and interactions.
  • Embrace a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the dedication to working hard.
  • Display working knowledge of computer functions and applications.
