Service Representative (Inbound Sales - Incented Sales Rep)
  • Location: Regina, SK
  • Positions: 10
  • Salary: $26.52/hour plus opportunity to earn additional sales incentives

About the Role

As an inbound service representative you will provide an exceptional customer experience, identify products and services to match customer needs, and represent the customers’ best interests. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales incentives when you reach set targets.

Training

The eight‑week training program is fully paid and scheduled Monday‑Friday, 9:30 AM‑5:00 PM. Successful completion of the training program is a condition of employment.

Hours and Shift Scheduling

This casual part‑time role averages 21‑25 hours per week. Shift scheduling is based on business need, with most representatives working evening shifts and 2‑3 Saturdays per month. A high percentage of shift availability is expected.

What You Can Expect
  • Check your email frequently; it is the primary method of contact.
  • Shortlisted candidates receive an assessment (ESkills) to evaluate typing speed and sales knowledge, approximately 30‑45 minutes.
  • After assessment, you may be invited to a telephone pre‑screen with a staffing team member.
  • A criminal record check is a condition of employment.
