A leading telecommunications provider in Regina is seeking a Service Representative for Inbound Sales. This casual part-time position requires providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and participating in a structured training program. Ideal candidates will have prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a knowledge of the company's products. As an inbound service representative you will provide an exceptional customer experience, identify products and services to match customer needs, and represent the customers’ best interests. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales incentives when you reach set targets.
The eight‑week training program is fully paid and scheduled Monday‑Friday, 9:30 AM‑5:00 PM. Successful completion of the training program is a condition of employment.
This casual part‑time role averages 21‑25 hours per week. Shift scheduling is based on business need, with most representatives working evening shifts and 2‑3 Saturdays per month. A high percentage of shift availability is expected.
