In this role, you will establish relationships with clients, analyze their needs, and provide personalized solutions while working with business development teams. Overview

Temporary position for 12 months

As a Group Benefits Service Representative, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients. Working in the Business Development team, you are called to know and keep up to date with our newest products and service through multiple departments and channels, all while building and maintain business relationships with your advisors and clients. You are asked to review, understand, and answer complex requests and help promote our offering based on client needs and the team’s business objectives. You work with clients with diverse needs and significant development potential for your sector. You analyze member/client needs and develop and implement personalized solutions. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. Your work and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of business.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with assigned advisors and clients, through calls and e-mails
  • Be the 411/911 for employers by helping answer their questions and investigate dissatisfactions
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients and advisors
  • Collect, compile and analyze data. Prepare reports and recommendations
  • Review documents, implement new sales and track work accordingly
  • Stay on top of the latest standards, products, and services in your field

What you bring to the table
