Venor is proud to partner with Black and McDonald Limited to hire a high-performing, relationship-driven Service Project Sales Representative to join their Nova Scotia Service team in Dartmouth.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Automation Controls, and Energy Solutions, who thrives on building lasting client partnerships and driving growth through innovative solutions.
In addition, you will play a key role in positioning energy efficiency and controls-related projects to our existing client base while expanding new opportunities in commercial, institutional, and industrial markets.
The ideal candidate brings strong account management skills and the ability to position energy optimization and sustainability solutions as high-value offerings for customers. You have a solid technical foundation in HVAC systems and controls, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Whether supported by a mechanical engineering or technology diploma/degree, or several years of hands-on experience as a qualified tradesperson in the mechanical or HVAC industry, you are self-motivated, organized, results-driven, and open to coaching. Experience in a similar mechanical service sales role is an asset, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
