Position Overview

As a Service & Parts Advisor at Canada CarMatcher, you will book clients, prospects, leads in for service appointments and order parts for vehicle services. You will also be involved in upselling services and supporting dealership growth goals.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds
  • Suggesting services and providing clear communications if timeline(s) change
  • Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently
  • Communicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly way
  • Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity
  • Updating customers throughout the process and managing expectations
  • Reviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in automotive or RV service advising is a plus, but not required
  • A proven background in fast-paced customer service or sales
  • Tech-savvy mindset— capable with CRM, DMS, tablets, and digital tools
  • Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure
  • Positive energy and a drive to exceed customer expectations
  • Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
