Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Operations Manager to oversee service delivery, engineer management, and operational coordination to ensure that customers receive timely support for all robotic equipment requirements. The ideal candidate combines operational efficiency with strong service , helping improve productivity and customer satisfaction across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery & Support

  • Coordinate and manage after-sales services, includingorganisationalsupport
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer service requests, ensuring quick resolutions where required.
  • Work withtheservice & management teamsto provide farmers with advisory services and product use guidance.

Operational Coordination

  • Oversee and action scheduling of field visits, training programs, and activities.
  • SupportParts & Inventoryoperations
  • Support Project operations
  • Monitor and document service activities to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Ensure all PKI requirements are met

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify common challenges to inform product and service improvements.
  • Assist in organizingcustomerengagementprograms to further enhance best practice

Process & Compliance

  • Implement and track service procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain accurate service and operational records, including service reports, warranties, and follow-up logs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or related but not essential
  • 2–5 years’ experience in service operations customer support
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of agricultural inputs and equipment use (advantageous).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with farmers and partners.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in fast-paced, seasonal environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with service/CRM systems.
