Job summary

La Cage Brasserie Sportive is seeking a restaurant leader to ensure a welcoming Cage atmosphere and outstanding service. You will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate support, service and bar personnel while upholding our food, beer and sports values.

You will coordinate kitchen and dining room operations to deliver smooth service. The role supports both full-time and part-time paths, with evenings, weekdays and weekends scheduled.

• Ensure customers receive a level of service and greeting according to La Cage standards
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate support, service and bar personnel
• Oversee that his team members embody the values of the organization: food, beer and sports
• Coordinate the kitchen and dining room operations
